Co Eyewear Bandit Z87+ Safety Glasses pair classic western-inspired lines with removable side shields and rubber non-slip nose pads. Designed for medium-to-large faces, the Bandit offers protective coverage in a familiar silhouette, with lens options for different lighting conditions.

During the workday, the rubber nose pads help keep the frame in place, while the side shields provide lateral coverage. The shields attach and detach without tools and must remain installed when side protection is required.

Lens Options

The range includes Smoke and Clear lenses; Polarized Smoke, Polarized Olive, and Polarized Brown; and Photochromic Light and Photochromic Dark. Polarization applies only to lens options labeled Polarized.

Photochromic Lens Performance

Photochromic lenses automatically adjust their tint in response to changing light conditions. Light and Dark versions have different visible light transmission (VLT) ranges:

  • Photochromic Light: VLT of 80% to 13%, suited to mixed indoor and outdoor environments.
  • Photochromic Dark: VLT of 60% to 9%, intended for brighter outdoor conditions.

Neither photochromic option should be assumed to become fully clear or to be polarized. Lens selection should match the lighting and protective requirements of the task.
